My number one interest is following the calling I have been blessed with in life...to teach so doors can be open for all students I work with. I take the strengths of all I work with to work on the areas of weakness. I listen to both the student and the parent, as well as take into consideration assessment results in order to build a Learning Plan applicable to the growth and progress of the child I work with. This is not a job for me, but an opportunity to enhance self esteem for the person I work with, as well as encourage a love for learning and accomplishment. My hobbies are singing, dancing, writing stories, reading, horseback riding, art, playing the flute and piano, and music of multiple genres. The knowledge from each of these hobbies, as well as student hobbies, are used to capture the interests of those I work with. These interests are then applied to the resources used in the lessons.
